Business systems connected across screens in an office

Service 01 · Eight weeks · ¥45,000

Your systems,
finally speaking to each other.

When information has to move between systems by hand, it takes time and introduces errors. We build the connection so the transfer happens on its own — reliably, with a documented path back if you ever need it.

What this delivers

Data that moves without anyone carrying it

Once this work is complete, records that previously had to be manually copied from one system into another will transfer on their own — on a schedule you define, with logging you can review.

The people on your team who were spending time on that transfer can give that time to something else. Errors that came from manual entry — a field missed, a value typed incorrectly — stop occurring at that point in the process.

You receive documentation of what was built, training for the staff who need to understand it, and a defined path for rolling it back if your situation ever changes.

Practical outcomes

  • No more manual copying between your core and peripheral systems

  • Reconciliation report run on a schedule you set

  • Defined handling for records that can't be matched automatically

  • Rollback path documented before handover

  • Your team trained before we hand over responsibility

Duration

Eight weeks

From discovery to handover, on a fixed schedule

The situation many companies share

Most systems don't connect themselves

Businesses that have been operating for some time often carry a mix of tools accumulated across years: a core system chosen when the company was smaller, layered with newer applications added to fill gaps. Each one works. The problem is that they were not designed to speak to each other, and no one ever built the connection.

What fills that gap is usually someone on your team — checking figures in one place, entering them in another, repeating this at the end of every week or every month. It's reliable when done carefully, but it takes time, and a single mistyped value or skipped row compounds across subsequent reports.

This kind of work tends to be treated as a minor overhead rather than a design problem with a solution. It accumulates. This service is for organisations that have recognised the pattern and would like to address it properly.

This service suits you if

You operate a long-established core system alongside one or more newer applications

Staff are currently moving data between them by hand on a regular schedule

The manual process has been running long enough that you trust the logic of it

You want to retain control of the connection and understand how it works

Our approach

Building the connection your systems never had

We begin by documenting how data is structured in each of your systems — not at a conceptual level, but field by field. Where a customer record in one system has a different structure from the same record in another, we map exactly how each field corresponds, including the cases where they don't correspond cleanly.

Error handling is part of the design, not an afterthought. We agree with you on what should happen when a record can't be matched: whether it's flagged for review, held in a queue, or processed through a defined fallback. This means the connection behaves predictably even when the data doesn't.

We set up a reconciliation report that runs on a defined schedule, so you always have a readable record of what transferred, what didn't, and why.

Working together

What the eight weeks look like

Weeks 1–2

Discovery

We sit with your team, understand what each system holds and how staff currently move data between them. We ask careful questions and document what we find.

Weeks 3–4

Mapping

We produce the field map and review it with you before building anything. Disagreements or gaps are easier to address at this stage than after the connection exists.

Weeks 5–7

Build and test

The connection is built and run against real data. We check that outputs match what the manual process produced, and adjust where they differ.

Week 8

Handover

Documentation is finalised, staff are trained, and operating responsibility transfers to your team. We confirm the rollback path is in place before we close the project.

Pricing

A fixed investment for a defined scope

This service is priced at ¥45,000 for the full eight-week engagement. The scope is defined at the outset, and the price does not change as the project progresses — provided the scope does not change.

If during the mapping phase we find that your situation is more complex than the initial description suggested, we'll tell you before building anything, and we'll discuss what that means for scope and cost. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.

Payment arrangements can be discussed during the initial conversation — if phased payment across the project duration works better for your organisation, that is something we can accommodate.

How we measure results

Progress measured in concrete terms

At the end of the build phase, we compare the output of the connection against the previous manual transfer for the same data set. The figures should match. Where they don't, we find out why before closing that phase.

The reconciliation report gives you a running record of connection activity — records transferred, records held for review, and reasons for any failures. This is readable by your team without technical knowledge.

What we report at handover

Transfer accuracy rate against the manual baseline, with itemised differences explained

Ongoing visibility

Reconciliation report runs automatically — records reviewed, any failures described in plain language

Realistic expectation

Eight weeks is the typical duration for a single connection between two systems. More complex situations may be scoped differently after discovery.

Our commitment

We don't consider the project finished until the results match

The build and test phase runs until the connection produces outputs that match the manual baseline. If the figures don't align, we keep working — this isn't a fixed number of test runs, it's a standard that has to be met before we move to handover.

If during the project we determine that the connection cannot be built as scoped — because a system doesn't expose the right interface, or the data is structured in a way that makes matching unreliable — we'll tell you as soon as we know, and we'll discuss what options remain. We don't build something and hand it over knowing it doesn't work.

The initial conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If, after talking through your situation, you decide this isn't the right time or the right fit, that's a reasonable outcome and we'll say so honestly if we think it's true.

What you can expect from us

Scope confirmed in writing before work begins

No ambiguity about what is and isn't included in the engagement

Results verified against the manual baseline

The connection must produce matching output before handover proceeds

Rollback path documented at handover

If circumstances change, you have a defined path back to the previous state

Honest advice if your situation isn't a fit

We'd rather say so early than build something that doesn't serve you

How to get started

A straightforward path from here

Step 01

Write to us

Describe your current systems and where the friction is. A few sentences is enough — we'll ask follow-up questions from there.

Step 02

Initial conversation

We'll discuss your systems, what the connection would need to do, and whether the scope fits this service. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Step 03

Scope document

If we agree to proceed, we produce a written scope document for your review before any work begins. The project starts once you're satisfied with what's in it.

We reply to all enquiries within two working days. If you'd prefer to call first, you can reach us at +81 422-47-3186.
